Structuring the curriculum
We shaped the content model around subspecialties and difficulty so progress means something clinically, not just a percentage.
We’re a mobile app development agency helping startups and businesses turn ideas into successful digital products.

We turn early ideas into clear product flows, clickable prototypes, and polished interfaces users actually understand. Before development starts, we shape the app around real user needs and business goals.
✦ AI here: market research and clickable prototypes in days, not weeks
We integrate AI where it creates real product value: voice, vision, smart search, recommendations, and AI-powered workflows.
🔒 On-device or in the cloud — your data stays yours.
Fast, reliable apps built with each platform's native tools. Clean architecture, smooth performance, App Store readiness from day one — the choice when hardware and peak performance matter.
When speed and budget matter, we ship one codebase across iOS and Android with Flutter or React Native — keeping the experience close to native.
Dashboards, admin panels, and web apps that connect cleanly with your mobile product and backend.
The systems your app depends on: APIs, auth, databases, payments, push, and cloud setup. Stable, secure, built to scale.
From TestFlight to the stores — then onboarding, analytics, and post-launch iterations that keep the product improving.
✦ AI here: churn prediction & ASO keyword insights
We review your mobile app for security vulnerabilities, data protection risks, and potential weaknesses. From authentication and API security to secure data storage, we help identify risks and provide actionable recommendations to keep your app and users protected.
Real apps. Real users. Real ratings — pulled from the App Store today.
Ophthalmology training in your pocket: subspecialty quizzes, clinical flowcharts and progress that shows where your knowledge actually stands.
Oculetics turns ophthalmology revision into short, targeted sessions. Residents pick a subspecialty — retina, cornea, glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, oculoplastics, paediatrics — and work through case-style questions with explanations written the way a consultant would give them.
Alongside the quizzes sits a library of clinical flowcharts: differential pathways, treatment algorithms and standard values, all zoomable and saveable for the moment they are actually needed on the ward.
End-to-end delivery: product strategy, UI/UX, native mobile development, content structure, subscriptions, QA and store release.
We shaped the content model around subspecialties and difficulty so progress means something clinically, not just a percentage.
Every answer is followed by the reasoning a consultant would give, which turns a wrong answer into the useful part of the session.
Diagrams are searchable, favouritable and pinch-to-zoom, so a decision pathway is readable on a 6-inch screen.
Skill levels per subspecialty — Beginner through Master — make the weakest area the obvious next tap.
Native builds for iOS and Android with shared content, offline access and premium unlocks.
Ophthalmology revision material lives in textbooks, PDFs and screenshots on a phone. None of it tells a resident what they actually know, and none of it is usable in the two minutes between patients. Flowcharts get photographed and lost in the camera roll.
We built two halves that reinforce each other: quiz sessions per subspecialty with immediate explanations and skill levels, and a searchable flowchart library with pinch-to-zoom and favourites. Progress is expressed as a level per subspecialty, so the next session is obvious.
The flowcharts alone are worth it — I use the anisocoria pathway on the ward.
Explanations after each question are what makes it stick.
Finally a way to see which subspecialty I am weakest in.
Great for short revision between clinics.
Pinch to zoom on the diagrams works perfectly on a phone.
Clean, fast and genuinely useful during residency.

A week of AI-assisted discovery. Goals, risks, milestones — you walk away with a clear roadmap and a fixed first-sprint scope.
Pick your niche — we'll send a curated PDF of case studies with real metrics.

From smart assistants to automation tools — we build AI apps that drive results.

Straightforward answers to the questions we hear most often from our clients.Have more questions? → Book a Discovery Call
We do both, so you get an honest answer instead of a sales pitch. Flutter wins when speed and budget matter — one codebase, two platforms. Native (Swift, Kotlin) wins when you need deep hardware integration, complex animations, or peak performance. On a discovery call we'll recommend one — and explain why.
A typical MVP goes from prototype to the App Store and Google Play in about 12 weeks: one week of discovery, then design and 2-week build sprints with TestFlight builds every Friday. Complex products take longer — you'll get an honest timeline after scoping, not a number we can't keep.
It depends on scope, but you won't get vague answers: after a discovery week you get a clear roadmap with a fixed first-sprint scope and budget. Cross-platform usually reduces cost by 30–40% versus building two native apps. We work in transparent 2-week sprints, so you always see what you're paying for.
No. AI accelerates every stage — research, prototyping, boilerplate, tests — but senior engineers own every result. Every line of code is reviewed by humans, covered by tests, and held to the same standard whether AI helped write it or not. That's how we ship faster without shipping worse.
You do — 100%, from day one. Full IP transfer is in the contract, the code lives in your repositories if you prefer, and we sign an NDA before the first call if needed.
You contract with Appventis OÜ, a company registered in Estonia — so you get an EU legal entity, EU jurisdiction, and GDPR compliance by default. Invoicing and payments work like with any European vendor.
You get a single point of contact who actually picks up the phone, plus direct access to the team in Slack. Weekly demos, sprint reviews, and full overlap with EU hours — 3–4 hours daily with the US East Coast.
We stay on. Store submission, ASO, analytics, and post-launch iterations — most of our clients continue with v1.1, v1.2, and beyond. You can keep the full team, scale down to support mode, or hand everything over to your in-house developers with full documentation.
